My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, though it was nothing extraordinary. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to find. The internet service was speedy, and the shower was good. The biggest highlight was the friendly service, especially from Zia in the dining room. However, some improvements can be made regarding knowing guests' length of stay. The proximity to the hotel entrance and the train station was convenient. The dining experience was as expected for a hotel, with a good variety of options. The location was great, offering easy access to transportation and nearby cafes and bars. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay, though not exceptional.
